Del Campo Dance Studio’s Team Celebración is hosting a New Members Orientation on Saturday, February 1st, 2025!

Are you ready to be part of an amazing dance team? We’re offering 4 incredible teams for dancers of all levels:

  • Salsa/Bachata (Training Team)
  • Bachata Team (All Level)
  • Salsa on2 Team (Beginner/Inter.)
  • Salsa Ladies Team (Beginner/Inter.)

During the orientation, you’ll get all the details on:
  • Training days & times
  • Commitment level & duration
  • Costs & expectations
  • Dance level requirements
  • Costumes & performance opportunities

This is NOT a try-out – it’s an info session to help you decide if you want to be part of the team!

Beginning Classes 

They are designed for anyone new to Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia. The instructors create a fun and welcoming environment for everyone. No experience is needed to take these classes.

​

Bridge to Intermediate Salsa 

They are designed for dancers to be comfortable with basic steps, timing, frames, and partner work patterns. Typically it takes 10-16 beginning classes to take this class. You must know your basic right turn, left turn, and crossbody lead. The instructors review dance techniques and introduce shines, and partner-work patterns in this class.

Intermediate Classes

They are designed for dancers who have taken bridge to Intermediate classes and are ready to take their dancing further. The class starts with footwork and goes into partner-work patterns.

Cumbia Series

Learn how to dance Cumbia! We'll break down steps, leading, following, and fun combinations!

​

Kizomba Series

Learn the core essential elements of Kizomba. Footwork, correct body movement, styling, and patterns with fun and exciting combinations.

​

Social Dance

Once a month Del Campo Dance hosts a social. A social starts with a beginner-friendly lesson followed by social dancing all night. Music by the best DJs in town and dance performances.
